Charlotte Ruffner was born and raised in Southern California and received a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a law degree from UC Hastings in San Francisco. After law school, she returned to LA to practice as a civil litigator in a large law firm. In 1992, Charlotte moved to the SF Bay Area to start her own litigation boutique where she practiced law for the next 15 years. She is married and has two adult daughters. In addition to volunteering and serving on the Rainbow Honor Walk Board, Charlotte is on the Board of Curry Without Worry and is an active volunteer for Habitat For Humanity Global Village.
